Probably not. I didn't like XIII and really haven't cared to even look at anything XIII-2 related up to this point. There was just way too much wrong with XIII for me to even think about getting its sequel unless I'm desperate for something to play when it's in the bargain bin.
Btw, I love this crowd we have here who feel they can shove it down everyone's throats that XIII was "objectively" not a bad game because it wasn't a buggy, broken mess and start labeling anyone who didn't like it as a hater. It's funny how these esoteric opinions don't apply to other games which receive a lot of hate on this site, but Final Fantasy somehow gets a free pass in that you can't criticize it at all here without getting called a hater or, even in this thread, a cry baby. I must've missed the memo that just because you guys loved the game automatically puts you in the right and makes us a bunch of morons who apparently cannot fathom in our finite minds why the game is so great.
