Of course it's not just about the graphics. It's also about the best controls for certain genres (especially FPS and RTS), modding, the best online, indie gaming and frankly, legendary developers like Blizzard and Valve which either don't launch their games on consoles or launch less worthwhile versions of them (TF2 on consoles for example...).
