Yes, that means more people like it more. That doesn't mean it's actually better. There is no way to determine if it's better because it's all subjective. You and I probably like Halo more than Nintendogs even though Nintendogs outsold Halo. We're not wrong. We just happen to be less abundant than Nintendogs fans.
And it depends where you go. If you go to the general public, they will probably like the DS better. But if you ask hardcore gamers off the internet, then they will probably like the 360/PS3 more.
