Anyone know a PC capture card/Video input card with absolutely ZERO lag?

I like reading these threads... I just don't understand much.

Had a tv card with component plugin... lagged about 0.5 sec, so I do feel your pain ^^ (ended up looking for a comp screen with a direct component input for my wii :p 28")
