my house phone bill is 30€ for unlimited local/long/international calls to about 100 countries.... with 30Mb internet and cable.... and the TV box had a 100G HDD for recording and a BR drive... for free (that's actually the name of the company :p)
now that's something to get excited about ^^ (if you're from france)
