I don't even like Pokemon, but I don't see how Pokemon staying the same and FPS staying the same can be considered in the same light. Pokemon is one franchise with a release every two years or so. FPS is an entire genre with multiple releases per month at its most frequent.

When you can create a Pokemon version of this, you can start calling people hypocrites.
