Questions about Gran Turismo 5. What are the best cars in the game?

I have just one problem with GT5 now.

I can't drive the endurance in A-Spec... I need some type of pause to drive 9 or 24 hours.

In B-Spec it's more easy because I just forget my pilots driving alone and go back after the time ends.
