A small 9 digit number pad located where the d-pad is now would be far more intuitive for menu navigation, choosing weapons, and for making hotkeys than a d-pad ever could be. I really like this idea. Maybe you should patent it? QUICK! |
I wouldn't mind a steady evolution in the complexity and accuracy of a controller. The old, standard controllers could still be used by those afraid of change.
