"Alot" is a piss-poor inclusion. How do you think words like "awhile" and "another" came to be? Exact same process, except they did it earlier on.
Besides that, "alot" is a word; it's just not currently considered a "standard" usage as of yet. As you said before, go open a dictionary, you uneducated swine.
