Unless there is a giant conspiracy against this woman, many things in this article make no sense. First, why was she in jail? For such a charge no judge in his right mind would jail the defendant even in Alabama, most likely there would be token bail or she would be ROR. If she was locked up she probably had a lengthy record to cause a judge to impose a jail confinement pending trial. Second, why would she lose her house, car, all her belongings? Even if she missed a few payments while in jail, all her stuff would not be repoed right away especially her personal belongings at most only her car would be repoed. And for her to lose her house it would take years and she would be given opportunities to pay the missed payments etc... There has to be more than the article claims Finally, since they were acquitted of the crimes there would be no reason to deport the husband. There has to be more to it as in he was illegal and that came to light and even then if it was a first time thing he would be given a notice to leave before getting a formal deportation notice and then after not leaving still he would be deported. If he was legal there would be no grounds to deport him.
In summary: Walmart sucks and these people are either the victims of a giant conspiracy or they had many other problems that were brought to ahead because of this event.
