crap customer service and Australia ranks low in that, no wonder they are going to lose out to online shopping. Being a Student and a advid gamer i cannot afford the 89-110 price tag with games here so i go overseas to the UK were i get better customer service than brick and mortar and can buy 2-4+ games for the price of one.
Well EB games has to adapt or die, and die they will soon ,like game is currently. First task would be to some way lower there prices to 70 dollars Brand new console title as the RRP. that 40-50 dollar drop would see me buying more games then online.
Of Course That's Just My Opinion, I Could Be Wrong
