Assuming Dota 2 doesnt release this year and i see no reason why it would...
Uncharted 3...just to see what Naughty Dog can do with the ps3 =D
So far though from videos ive seen, doesnt seem to be that same leap from Uncharted to Uncharted 2, but thats probably asking for too much :/
Close contenders are Battlefield 3 on pc with all settings turned to the highest ;), Skyrim, and Assassins Creed: Revelations
