Why do xbox exclusives sell more than ps3 exclusives ?

Isnt the lego series multiplat? Viva Pinata may be a big IP for xbox gamers but is it as popular and well known as the sony IPs I mentioned?

Lego Indiana Jones and Kung Fu Panda were heavily bundled, so the sales of these games aren't a good measure of how appealing the Xbox brand is to families.
