We are content with the number of game releases by our favorite company - Sony fans keep bragging about the number of games that get released for the console of their choice nowadays, but in all honesty, it just makes you look desperate. Why? Because it seems like you would be unable to have fun with less games and therefore are always demanding more of them. Nintendo fans are perfectly content with being able to count the number of worthwile releases in a given year on two hands and that has nothing to do with the fact that it greatly annoys us that we have to pull off our socks everytime we need to count past ten. 3. We don't buy into PR - Is the PlayStation Vita really that good of a value? Surely, if Sony sells it for the same price as Nintendo does the 3DS, then it can't be all that. It just shows lack of confidence in their own product and by defending Sony you people just show that you blindly buy into PR, no matter how stupid it is. On the other hand the 3DS is of incredible value, because never before has it been so easy to hit a block in a 3D space. 4. We don't believe in game gods - Hideo Kojima, Fumito Ueda, you name them. It doesn't matter if they didn't make any worthwile game for years (or any game at all for that matter), they still get showered with praise as if there is no tomorrow. Contrast that with the way Nintendo fans see their favorite company and you won't find the same kind of worship, not even remotely close. Well, there's Shigeru Miyamoto who is probably the most awesome person to ever live on this planet, the creator of the most popular series in video games history, the man divine angel who made Nintendo what it is today... I could go on, but I digress. The point is that Nintendo fans do not believe in game gods. |
I'm gonna answer this thread as if it was a serious post and I was trolling just to clear the air a little and show trolling ain't an art its just a way of insulting things. The way PS3 fanboys are in todays day and age has a lot to do with how fanboys of the competition treated them earlier on in this gen.
1. Having no grass in one version of the game or slightly less framerate doesn't take away from the experiance but it just shows developers are being half assed instead of taking the proper time to get both versions up to scratch. If we all said nothing about the differances and just accepted it then today its no grass in Mafia 2s PS3 version but tomorrow its no grass and no clouds in the sky because we are telling developer that that shits ok by saying nothing. Also I don't expect a Nintendo fan to understand things like that because they are gaming on last gen technology after all. Can the Wii even generate grass??
2.The "no games arguement" steams from all the "PS3 has no games" threads and "The PS3 is doomed" threads that these forums and forums all across the internet were filled up with back in 2008 and 2009. Whats awrong with discussing games that you have an interest in and if the competition wants to throw out the "Oh that games shit" heckle then a PS3 fanboy will throw out the "no games" heckle. Also more games doesn't mean more fun but it does mean you get more of an EXPERIANCE and the experiance a game gives me is the main reason why I game. I mean at least we don't act like Nintendo fans and hype the shit out of games that will never release in our region. Ogh but they do count right, you just need to learn Japanese Lol which is what a nin fan said to me recently.
3. I owned a PSP for Crisis core and Resistance retribution. Screen broke and it cost 100 euros to fix so I didn't bother. If the PSV was any dearer then I wouldn't be interested at all. I think Sony has coped on to that fact. It has nothing to do with having no confidence because the PSV is actually a good product. Unlike something else I see on the market Lol. Anyway the PSV has a lot of interest from everyone I know and the press have been treating it well so does your point 3 have anything to do with your own insecurity.
4. As for number 4. If a game has a Hideo Kojima stamp on it then that game is a definite gem. I have never once played a game from developers like Kojima productions, ND or Insomniac that was not good. So I will praise those developers because I know they deliver to me. I have also seen fans from every consol praise there developers so your fourth fact is actually false. Your just mad that some of these developers havn't developed good games for nintendo.
