i didn't do this personally, but i was right next to the guy encouraging it. There was a guy in school we hated a lot we were waiting at the bust stop....and the ground was covered in melting snow so if you picked some slush in the street the snow ball turns to ice. He tried throwing an ice ball about 20 feet across to hit him in the face.....it missed and hit some other random kid right smack dab in the eye and breaking his glasses. We couldn't help but laugh when we got out of there and no one saw what happened so we just kept our mouth shut.
