Wii owners continue to fund Ubisoft's HD games

Since Nintendo can win a generation even without decent 3rd party support, it's hard to believe that they are trying to get it so hard with Wii U.

Their thought process seems to be that they can do whatever they want when they have good third party support, because it takes the burden of pushing console sales off of them. When you look at the Wii it becomes quite obvious that Nintendo doesn't really want to make motion control games, but they still would like to have big sales, so third parties need to get on board to push the console through sheer quantity of quality software.

Of course, if third parties don't co-operate, then Nintendo's console sales will be underwhelming, to put it mildly.

  That´s not happening anytime soon...  Nintendo should focus on what they do best, games, instead of trying to attract third party studios that are going to leave the boat once the 720/ps4 is out. Instead of paying for to get games from them, just buy some studios, I mean mario kart wii  made more than $1 billion, just use that money to buy capcom, SE, and Level 5...
