No...

they cant use DVD's, so they have to get there own disk that can hold 25-50GB+ of space or use Blu Ray which i doubt it because MS has said many times they want to go DD. Remember HDDVD v blu ray, MS wanted both sides to destroy each other so they could come in with a high quality Digital Distribution Service and dominate. MS have said that they can stream 1080p full HD gaming experiences to the 360 now,  which gives indication that they are going to be going DD. 

Also MS is preparing a universal Service called either xbox live or something else that would be a platform for both PC, console, Tablet and phone gaming. 

There is alot pointing for MS to go DD.
