Why not? Doesn't say so in the rules :(
While I still see no reason why I couldn't add games, I don't want to rock the boat. I've traditionally stayed away from vote lists like this one (of all stripes), but I love parappa so much more than anything else ever released on any playstation in history that I was annoyed -- nay, personally insulted -- when it wasn't even put on the list.
Take Parappa off then, and I'll stay away. Sorry, again.
