It's a Mii = good
It's too dark [photo of a TV?] = bad
Looks like someone I know = funny
I'd rate a 7, but if you make it brighter [do you have photoshop?] then an 8.
Edit: curses too late... I rate the other one a 5 [sorry but I am not keen on that logo... it is the first time I have seen a colour version though.. the b/w version would have got a 3]
