i wont be answering your whole post, as i already reponded about no religion.

but anyway, fro God's sake read our founding documents, it blatently says our rights our GOD given (yes from the Christian God). you can not seperate religion (speciffically christianity) from our founding and our founding fathers. they even had church services in congress

So your country is a theocracy then?

a republic.

but if you want to further a debate on the US government and its founding. it would be wise for you to have prior knowledge of anything about it.

but in case you dont, heed this. even a fool is thought wise if he keeps silent

Iran is a republic also. It's also a theocracy. If what you're saying is true (your rights come from "god", your constitution has roots in Christianity etc,), then your country is also a theocracy.

Iran is nominally a constitutional theocracy, but i would define a theocracy as one where actual religious figures hold political power, as is the case in Iran and pretty much nowhere else in the world, through the Ayatollah Khameini

Most states have some sort of acknowledgement of a higher power as foundational to their statehood, except for either very young nations or countries that went Communist. I mean, the Japanese royal family still believes (though it is nominally illegal for them to do so) that they are descended from the sun goddess Amaterasu Omikami
