Some of the powers mentioned here require more then just one ability like manipulating matter on quantum levels which would also require a god like mind since trillions of particles make one apple to form it into a banana you would need to know how a banana looks like on a quantum level. you need to become god and know everything in order to use this ability.
I would like to become light. That comes with many abilities like beeing immortal but you can still die by throwing yourself into a black hole so you can end your life after everything becomes meaningless and boring. also you can move as fast as light meaning you can travel into the future and you could also move faster then everybody make it appear like everybody froze in time. flying would be no problem . also you would have significant destructive powers because even a tiny amount of matter transformed into light and bundled on a city would destroy it. i borrowed this idea from one piece just enhanced it. basically I would become a demi god and my will would be absolute. just by existing I could change the whole world.
