Batman with utility belt easily, since doesn't he have knockout gas that would put the Captain out cold? Shield or no shield. Now a straight one on one fight could go either way. Edit: Which makes me wish someone would make program that we could input the data in to see who would win in a fight, not unlike what the show deadliest warrior uses.
