That's a really easy one though, Wii U will have the functionality by default which doesn't interfere with other wireless connectivity protocols while PS3 and Vita don't come in the same package, it's all in "what's in the default SKU?" Keep in mind that the 360 from dev side can't do some things because by default, it doesn't have a HDD whereas the PS3 does, you can only truly take advantage of a console system in it's raw package to sell the most amount of games, and no, Wii Fit is not a game..... but you get my point. There is a difference in between default functionality and tacked on stuff where most devs won't be focusing on.
