1. No, emulating is legal. I don't care what you say it's legal. I have provided you several links that back-up what I say. 

What you are describing is downloading and playing ROMs which i have said several times is illegal >_<;;

 

2. Sony lost. They only had it banned successfully in one country. 

actually 3-4 countries.you searching now.i followed it back then
