I know what it leads to. I just don't see what it has to do with your argument. I get that the USB thing allows piracy, but it doesn't have anything to do with emulation. 

And no, it was unbanned in Spain before they even had a chance to have it banned in the UK(where they failed). They got a temporary injunction in AU, but it ran out, they never successfully got it completely banned from any country. Let alone from the entire 1st world 

emulating is the same as most people don't insert their games in their pc but download them

 

that way their would be no meaning of licensing fee that devs pay ninty,sony,microsoft for every game

 

they failed some places but they were succesfull other places and along they were working at firmware solution which came along,so they left pursuing the usb thing
