there is nothing stopping you from anything.you can do anything,we are here trying to know whether it is piracy or not
the reason the US backing up is legal is cause it normally one's right to back up
but what it leads to is piracy
that way all the recent PS3 backing up should have also been normal but it wasn't it was leading up to piracy
