Well to be fair Folksoul/Folklore does look like a mad fun title. It will sell hardware in japan i'm pretty sure. The question is just how much hardware... Sony does need a massive ps3-hit in japan atm =)


Well to be fair, to sell 100k for two weeks sony needs increase what it sells by 500% which isn't likely. A bump to 50-70k totally for two weeks and a total sales increase around 100k could be possible.


 Nah, not completely buying that. I have no clue how many systems folklore can push in Japan  (50k seems just as likely or unlikely as 100k to me)  but since we are talking about the game itself pushing sales, last weeks sales would be - not irrelevant - but certanly not AS relevant. 

I mean if 100.000 japanese go crazy about folklore, they will buy the ps3 regardless if the ps3 sold 10k or 50k last week, no?
