Can't really think of a good one for myself, but I was eerie close to being at least partially responsible for the death or paralysis of a friend. We were jumping on my trampoline and I think I was excersing the idea of doing a backflip and said something like "bet you can't do one!" So being a young teen at the time, he took my up on my dare and decided to try it. When he did it, he flipped completely, landed on his back, which propelled him up uncontrolably, and when he landed again he nailed the outer metal bar on the trampoline with his back. He could barely breath and was groaning in pain, which I thought was scary as it was, but it turned out, after being rushed to the hospital, we found our that had his back hit the bar in a slightly different spot, he could have been paralzyed or even killed. So yeah.. I'm an eternally grateful by the grace of god or whoever is pulling the strings that things weren't any worse than they were. God knows how I would have turned out with the weight of the guilt... Needless to say we ditched our trampoline after that day...
