No but it has a ingame levelling system that allows you to carry over your stats from a saved game that has completed the game. In effect you might get to level 30-40 on a strong play through then 40-50 on a second and 60 on your thrid play through (or 4 in my case as I didn't do enough side missions) depending on missions you do and difficulty. I'm sure some might have done it on 2 play throughs but it would be very difficult. The reason I played so much was I wanted my bonus stats for Mass Effect 2 for importing a level 60 character, I also wanted to try different story outcomes and relationships.
If you have a 360 then you could do a lot worse for a game for rainy days, it certainly is worth playing and it's not your traditional RPG. That been said the second is even less of a RPG and a far better game too but I'd always recommend playing the first if you can as no amount of dialogue and cutscenes can make up for the 25 hour game experience you're missing out. It also makes some of the cameo relationships not make as much sense.
That being said, we all have busy lives with too little time for games we have already and I certainly don't begrudge anyone choosing Uncharted DF as it was the best game on the PS3 by a mile (imo) when it was released and still is great fun today.
