I voted Mass Effect because I played through it 4 times to get my level 60 character and enjoyed it as much on the fourth play through as the first, even with the annoyances it had. Uncharted was a great game but the sequel showed the repetitive nature of the first game up and how much it relied on the wonderful story telling. In terms of overall impact they both have brought significant gains to the table. Mass Effects story and entire universe is amazingly detailed and the innovation of you choices affecting future games is omething that should be applauded. Uncharted DF really showed how to use cinematic story telling properly in games and set the bar for future games.
P.S I played through Uncharted DF twice and still enjoyed the experience each time but still Mass Effect edged it given my love of the franchise.
