Yes, but they would have to be more powerful at a level comparable to Wii to PS360, which would require something prohibitively expensive from Sony and Microsoft, when they are unlikely to launch anywhere later than 2013. Port inferiority would be there on the Wii U, but not would be so much of an issue that developers would pass on the Wii U, *especially* because developers will probably have about a year to really get familiar with Wii U toolsets, which is an issue that the Wii had against it (that they never really bothered to grapple with TEV Shaders, which were an outmoded technology anyway)
