1. No, not when it's stille debatable whether or not what they have can even be described as "intelligence".
2. What?
3. I'm comparing different levels of the food chain with eachother. We've already been through this. Stop going in circles.
4. Domesticated animals do not belong in nature. If they can't survive in nature, they don't deserve to survive at all (survival of the fittest).
[5]Plants are the chief suppliers of oxygen for the world. No plants >>> all earth-bound life dies. Humans would die to, if not for starvation (they'd deplete marine life soon enough), then from the lack of oxygen. Also, here's a little something that kinda puts a fork in your argument:

Also, you are aware that water is made up of oxygen, no? (H2O and all that, the oxygen from it isn't produced by algea).

1.  "More intelligent" does not require them to be "intelligent", just like someone can be smarter than a retard without automatically being what you would call "smart".

2.  I'm inclined to fold this into 3.

3.  You ... Humans are not a "level" of the food chain in the same sense that the ENTIRE FUCKING PLANT KINGDOM is a "level" of the food chain.  That is a ridiculous thing to say.  I thought you were basing that claim on humans being special and intelligent and so awesome we should be considered separate from regular animals.  If not, you need to give a reason why you are comparing one animal species to the plant kingdom, instead of animal kingdom vs. plant kingdom.

4.  Irrelevant.

5.  Wikipedia:  "Nearly all algae have photosynthetic machinery ultimately derived from the Cyanobacteria, and so produce oxygen as a by-product of photosynthesis"  BOOM HEADSHOT

"Also, you are aware that water is made up of oxygen, no? (H2O and all that, the oxygen from it isn't produced by algea)."
You ... think ... that fish breathe water by literally SEPARATING THE OXYGEN FROM THE HYDROGEN IN THE WATER MOLECULES???
fail fail fail

1. Has nothing to do with what I last posted.

2-3. Humans ARE a level of the food chain in the same way plants make up an entire level also. You can deny this all you want (because it invalidates what you claim), but it's how it works.

4. Coming from you? Really?

5. My mistake. Fish use thir gills to extract dissolved oxygen from water. The oxygen that is dissolved comes from the air and is produced by... wait for it... PLANTS!!!

Actually... Virtually all the oxygen we breath is manufactured by green plants. A total of three-fourths of the earth’s oxygen supply is produced by phytoplankton in the oceans. Algea cannot support the life located in the sea.

(Note: a plankton is a drifitng organism that inhabits the pelagic zone of the sea, a lake etc.; the phytoplankton is a plant).
