I vote that we come up with a unique server name, but I do like the idea of calling the overworld World 1-1 with the nether as 1-2.
Given the frozen nature of a large percentage of the main lands, and the fact that almost all the architecture has a European design to it, something with a north European feel seems more fitting IMO. Just fits the atmosphere.
Which is why my vote goes for Rhodinia.
