I just checked with google. 0.89AUD=78 Yen.
Is that the price for a big (1500ml) or small (500ml) bottle?

Here in Japan "cheap" no-brand cola usually costs around 100 Yen for 1.5 liters. Pepsi or Coke costs around 160 Yen for the 1.5 liter bottle (in my area).

edit: Just saw your edit. Thanks for the info. :)

Sucks for you guys. 99 cents for  a two liter in the USA. Not even that cheap off brand crap. Coca Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Dr. Pepper and more. If I want off brand stuff, I can usually find it for 99 cents and buy one get one free. 4 liters for $1.  Jelly?

Mmh... jelly... :D

That's quite cheap. Although I'd like drinks to be that cheap in Japan it's probably better (for my health) the way it is. :P I drink too much soda already and it would be even more if it was cheaper.

In Germany no brand colas are cheap, too. Most of the time they cost like 39 cents (=55 cents in American money) for 1.5 liters.
