im sure it might be the best racing game coming out, i know its not just about money but i believe any developer with a big budget has a chance of creating the best current game type.
That being said I really dont see how you can tell it will have such a continent leap in graphics from that video.
its only a recording of the game running on a T.V for a start, its not exactly clear
