Heh, I'm vegetarian and not iron deficient (but lacking exercise thus why I'm tired all the time). Took some tests this year and everything was perfect, no vitamin or minerals lacking! :3 I'm terrified of needles though, so I don't give blood, unfortunatly. I know it's important but I really don't want to deal with them unless needed.
It pisses me off when people say that being vegetarian will make you sick/deficient. My mom always worries about it even though I'm healthier than her (overweight, tons of skin problems and aches).
