It makes so much sense why they delayed it. They want to be able to support the Japanese launch will oodles of console for at least 1 month after its realease. Then they want to allocate to NA for our launch, and then Europe... This is more about logistics than anything. It is not because the game needs more work... maybe they will use the extra time to throw in a few NA exclusive features (and others too)
