The hymen can break naturally even if someone hasn't ever had intercourse yet, and also may not break even when they do.
Have these "cultures" not figured out this yet? I assume they accuse millions of innocent women of infidelity.
The other option is to turn down the arranged marriage and if necessary go to the police/certain charities for protection.
