That is illegal, the issue here is legal medicine. People that are sick need growers and dispenceries to provide their medicine just as pharmacies and drug manufacturers provide other medicine for sick people. What Obama is doing is cutting off easy excess to medicine. Do you expect a AIDS patient or a person that is in so much pain they can barely walk to grow their own marijuana. That is an outragous expectation to have on very ill people.
