Germany has 1.963.304.345.830 Euro (nearly 2.000 billion!) in national debts at the moment of this writing. Every second, around 2.200 Euro more debts are added to it. That means around 24.000 Euro in debts for every German.
In comparison: Greece has 350 billion Euro national debts and is consered as good as bankrupt.
