For the record. Our Infant Mortality Rates aren't as high as they look.
The reason they look worse then then Europes is based on reporting.
In the US, any child born alive, that then dies is considered an Infant.
While in Europe, they have to meet certain weight and length requirements.
Well that and America has a higher rate of prematue births then most other countries.
Nothings gonna lower our infant mortality rate.
