no.. anwering 20 simple (untimed) questions is not "really that accurate", it is completely worthless. The average IQ is between 110-120, depending on who you ask.
I took two tests way back before I started University. Both lasted several hours. Got 132 and 134. Working with lots of chemicals during my PhD, I'm sure I've lost quite a few points since
