Chances of meeting them personaly are close to 0 in few thousands years to come but as i said our radio and TV the same as theirs travel through space unstoped with light speed in every direction so one day their TV and Radio will reach Earth and on you flat screen you will see some Alien melodrama insted of the next episode of Bold and Beautiful.
If this won't happen in 100 000 years that mean that we are alone in Milky Way but even this don't mean that we are alone out there.
I can bet that in our multiverse every day at least one civilization dies and one is born.At least.
