Thanks for the info!  It's still not up on the USA site, but I'll wait a week and see how it goes.  In that time, it'll either be down everywhere or back up in the USA.

It can be a database error in the USA site. I've already pre-ordered a copy in the UK site, I just couldn't miss this book. 

I loved all the lore in the massive Diablo II guide that came with the original game. 

True, but I am getting a bit concerned.  It is still not up.  It is up on the Canadian site, and I have considered ordering it.  I've even ordered stuff from amazon.co.uk before.  I would think, though, that if it were pulled from the US site then the others would be pulled too.  On the other hand, if they stayed up on the other sites, it should be put up here too.  I would hope that isn't too presumptuous or arrogent based on the source of the game, but I'll import if I have to.

Well, similar things have happened to me as well, with the items being available at the main site and suddendly not being available on the uk or fr site. For example, ME3 collector's edition was up on the UK site after it was announced, but it has since been taken down from it so I've shifted my pre-order to the main site. 

Don't worry, i'm sure the main site will have it sooner or later.
