Exactly. I don't want people to think Im fear mongering here, but its a reality that everyone has to face. The possibility IMO seems to be getting more and more. I could see if North Korea gets to a point where it is desperate enough it could happen. I think though it seems more likely that a country like them would give it to a terrorist group to use. In that case noone would be able to retaliate with a nuke on any particular country if they did not know who supplied the Terrorist group with the nuke , whereas if a particular country used the nuke themselves on a people group then that country and its allies would know who to retaliate with.
