I'd estimate the number to be like 100-200k considering none of downloadable games reached milion on psn (afaik)

Well, whatever it WAS at, I'd wager (as sad as this is), that they almost double their subscriptions after giving out 1 month for free.  I'm one of the people that got it because of the free month, and I'm sure plenty of others did as well.
