no way a 60 fps game will have the best graphics.
if games like KZ2/3, GOW3, UC2/3, or even Gears 3 could look as good as they do now (or close to it) with 60fps they would. all those games are in 720p, and gears even has to forgo AA to achieve it. so obviously those games are pushing consoles to their max.
So no way, rage will be in HD (720p) and it wont be a locked frame rate it will be like Black ops on PS3.
this game will use lots and lots of tricks to make it look good. and i doubt it will even look better than Crysis, let alone Uncharted 3
