Could Canceling our Pre-orders for Skyward Sword Obtain Nintendo's Attention?

If we cancel our pre-orders for Skyward Sword, would it make Nintendo of America reconsider not localizing Xenoblade, the Last Story, and Pandora's Tower? Their update did not confirm that they won't localize them, but it seems highly likely that they won't localize them. Would do you guys think?
