I question the reason to WHY these women would want their vaginas to look like those women in the porn industry. I mean, pornstars are making a living through having sex/showing off their bodies to the camera, but ordinary women most likely aren't. What's the point of going through such a painful procedure when the only time you'll show off your vagina is when having sex, etc which isn't frequent? I understand if a woman wants to "tighten" her vagina maybe after giving birth because the woman doesn't feel the same amount of pleasure during sex due to her vagina being more open, but otherwise I think it's pretty disturbing to want to deal with the pain and the payment just to improve the aesthetic value of something that you rarely see/show-off. I know for a fact that most guys during sex don't give two shits about what the vagina looks like, because once your penis is in, the pleasure is all that matters.
I also find it disturbing that girls as young as 12 are asking to get this procedure. I think it is WRONG that we're promoting sex at such a young age (why else would a 12 year old want her vagina "shaped"?) I too agree with PSaiki in that I question the ethics of a surgeon who would do this.
