The exclusive content for the PC is pretty much being able to run it full spec, I guess. .. :P

Don't get me wrong, it looks fantastic, but nowhere near as fantastic as everyone seems to think.

The reason why it looks so good and is being praised so highly, is because it's high level detail is a mix of technical prificiency and a highly detailed art style.
It looks like they've given much love and care to each brick/block that makes up every building, for example, and that attention to detail mostly deals with the artistic aspect.
